Instantaneous Water Heater

Zip InLine DEX12 Next electronic instantaneous water heater for single outlet or multiple outlets. Highly efficient bare wire for fast heat up and zero standing losses, Zip InLine is the most energy-efficient way to directly heat water, electrically. Two temperature settings can be programmed using touch sensitive keys within the range 20°C-60°C.

• Electronically controlled comfort instantaneous water heater with real glass e-paper display and sensor keys for high ease of use
• The Multiple Power System MPS® determines the maximum power consumption during installation: 8.8 or 11.5 kW (at 230 V).
• In the comfort zone between 35 °C and 43 °C, the temperature can be set in 0.5 degree increments
• For water-saving taps suitable due to particularly low switch-on water quantity from 1.5 l/min thanks to innovative water flow technology
• Practically air-resistant heating system thanks to innovative heating channel arrangement
• Electronic safety system with air bubble detection, temperature and pressure switch-off Module for radio remote control available as an accessory
• Can also be operated via tablet or smartphone (from iOS 9 / Android-OS 4.4) (this requires a FXE 3 radio adapter and the "Smart Control" app)
• It should be located as close as possible to the outlet to minimise heat loss (recommended maximum 2 metres)
• Complies with IP25 and may be installed in Zone 1

The appliance is intended for connection to a potable mains water supply. Hot and cold connecting pipes should be WRAS approved and of copper or steel construction. Minimum flow rate of 2.5 litres/min. Should be installed by a suitably qualified person.

The heater must be earthed and connected to the mains supply through an isolation switch having contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles and protected by a suitably rated RCD. Installation must be in accordance with current IEE regulations.
